Our History
Fonville Realty was birthed out of necessity. Lareesa saw other brokerages treat agents as numbers, caring only about sales volumes and desk fees. But, agents - whether new or experienced - need a place where they are valued and empowered to be their best. That's where Fonville Realty comes in. We invest in the education of our agents, not just with real estate, but also the business side of things. We want to equip our agents with the tools to start their own brokerages should they see fit.
